Like I said, Lesson Learned. What's the SEC gonna do?? Suspend it?? The SEC does not get money back for Penny stocks, ever!! So you can SEC all you like, It recovers nothing.

A private attorney on the other hand can take em for a few bucks for fraud. That's about all you can do. I'm not paying one to get me a few hundred bucks in five years. Not worth my time.
