Tustintrader, I wouldn't expect to hear anything until the Fair Market Value determination is made on or before March 15, 2013. They can't divide it up or determine the value until the valuation is done in my opinion. Of course, this is predicated on them reaching a Definitive Agreement on the Asset Sale first, if ever. They have been saying something would happen since October when they first announced some type of transaction would take place.

Just in my opinion.
