VOIS needs about 3 million dollars to finish the headset and purchase some headsets.

I think they have someone to loan them the money. This is just a guess as why would they buy all of MTEK. MTEK has some debt so VOIS will have to pay it. I hope for all of us that it works out. Still would like to see the headset maybe someday. GLTA
