I just checked my accounts (with TD Ameritrade) and the shares for the dividend are there. By my calculations, it was indeed 1 share for every 49 of MTEK. They are not yet labelled as VOIS yet (they read n/a, but they are there).

So it seems as though they actually did what they said they would do on this one item at least. Now let's hope that some of what they said about the headset was true and we can have something potentially good standing behind our newly received diluted shares in a company that still has a long way to go in order to be close to financially stable.

I am still incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the way things have gone and will be surprised if things go at all well from here on out.
