Does anyone know if the MTEK shares are directly linked to the VOIS restricted shares? Example: If we now know that the MTEK shares are virtually worthless and I can find a buyer, does it directly affect the dividend shares provided based on the number of MTEK shares held? Will I lose the VOIS restricted if I sell the MTEK before they are cancelled or charged-off by the company as worthless.

I would rather take the tax loss on the MTEK against my gains this year rather than carry the MTEK any longer.
