The company changed it's name to Mind Solutions Inc. I believe a Ticker Change will occur as well. Former MTEK shareholders will receive 20 times the current shares they hold in the Dividend that was given out. That's our penance for hanging on this long. However I would imagine with our luck the shares will erode to crap before we get the 20 times allotments.
