Basically we talked about all of that but his answer to me was that he can not give a specific answer as to when the problem will be solved but they hope that it will be within the next couple of weeks......

I am going to ask him when they will start leaching!!! What I have taken from our previous conversations is that there is actually nothing stopping them from leaching except...."The fear that the protestors will put up another blockage" at which time they will have to stop and shut down again.....it is a catch 22 if you ask me....
