I totally agree with you...patience is what is needed right now....

One of the greatest problems is that the "investing" game has changed greatly over the years...now you have long term investors and short term traders......with the exception of making money they have different approaches , techniques, strategies and potential goals...

Puplava, King and Doody themselves all like Minefinders....why wouldn't they....the fundamentals of the stock are great....if you go back and look Puplava has added many shares of MFN to his portfolio over the last several quarters...Doody likes near production type companies...all of them are after the naked short sellers... All of them have a great following....but every individual investor has to learn to do his own DD to satisfy his own "Investing Criteria".

With seven Million shares of MFN shorted you have to wonder just what is going on....Last week Puplava guest Bud Burrell gave a chilling account of the naked shorts that would be enough to frighten many an investor out of owning stocks...

At the moment my personal feeling is that the most important thing that Minefinders can do is get the mine up and running successfully....this is not an easy task and why most exploration companies like Minefinders DO NOT PUT MINES INTO PRODUCTION THEMSELVES. Gammon Gold was a highly touted stock when they approached production and that turned out to be an investor nightmare where many lawsuits are still flying around....that stock lost over 50% because of bad mine start-up or mismanagement ( whichever you choose to believe)...that stock went from $ 20 down to under $ 7 and is back to about $ 9 or $ 10....and the promised original production is still a long way away after almost a year and a half...and a big turnover in high level personnel !!

I am very concerned that Minefinders can and will have a very successful mine start-up....I've bet a lot of money on it....what bothers me is that there are 7 Million shares saying that it is not going to happen !
