Things are neighter that bad, neighter that rose.

Mexico will not runs out of oil. But they will really stop exporting. Look at Saudis - they make orientation to export more gasoline and plastics than crude. Look at Chinese - fixed/subsidised price of oil is re-adjusted higher.

Soon or later MX will go after them.

About what jurisdiction is safer, I believe Canada is most safe, then Mexico. USA is last of the three.

I do not see socialists to be elected in Mexico. My previous post answered the question what will happen "if", but nothing else.
