1) Copy and paste the following link into a new window (simply clicking will direct you away from the Agora site)

2) Once there, the first drop down menu should say issuer name
3) Then type in montello and hit enter
4) Search through the filings and ease your worries
It takes some getting use to, with options moving around and different holding companies etc. But the average investor should be able to track where the shares are going, who owns what, how many options they have and warrants.

IMO insider sales should not be an issue as they were basically told to exercise your options and warrants. Well warrants take money and obviously some might need to sell shares to pay for them.
