While you are correct on the low value of Natural Gas right now, Cash flow however small, (where there was Zip before).... is still a positive step.

Montello has gone from a Junior EXPLORATION Co. with poor Management & Negatory in the Bank to a Company with Great Management, Cash (granted small), and major Possibilities with other Partners covering much of the costs!

Oh, and last time I looked out the Window, it is Bloomin Cold here! so Regardless of Al Gore, Gas will not always be cheap!
