Did it not state that they were in the process of acquiring more land or lease at morgan, (more than the 190 acres already owned) an if this is the case, could this be the reason of the logging hold back (not to release the results until the signing of more papers) .

  Could the statement of waiting for the partners to pony up with their share, be just a cover up to delay the logging until more papers signed.
