I have been thinking about the quirk in the new MEO PP. There are 2 individuals involved (neither is an insider) and they are willing to pay 30% (.03) above the market price at the time of the announcement of the application for the PP. Now, why would they do that? What do they expect from that investment that would lead them to pay "extra?"
I have also been watching the stock for the last 3 days. Day one - from .09 to .10. Day two - from .10 to .11, only to go back to .10 on the "last trade." Day three - now up solidly to .11. And the volume has been very respectable on all 3 days.
Perhaps, I'm seeing more than there really is. Or is something afoot?
