After the many delays associated with the partners on JB#2, perhaps the mangement at MEO is going with a new set of fiancial backers on their new endeavors. That may be why they are not mentioned by name (maybe even some deep-pocketed private funding).

It look like my guess last fall about a well field is starting to pan out. JB#3 is located between JB#2, Howard-White 1 and JB#1 (Tex-Flora?).

Perhaps the test well (JB#2) did its "real" job and showed where the pay zones are located. That would make the other wells "exploratory (see the NR) rather than test. They may have different targets depending on the zones MEO is seeking. Right now, Bill hints at up to 3 more wells . I suppose the actual number of wells depends on the drill results.
