My feeling is they are at the point reaching the oil pool ( approx. 2400').

And they don't want to risk anything (i.e. HW#1)

JB#4 is about half a mile from HW#1.

Their situation right now command to become a producer in order to have money without drilling being too costly.

And shareholder confidence and MEO reputation are at stake.

They know that and that's why I believe they choose to go that way.

My feeling is they are very very close. So close that if they start drilling today (under-balanced) we should have news by this friday.

I might be completely off-track but I have a strong feeling about this course of actions.
