I don't see a reason for a NR until the logging of 2, 3, & 4 is completed. I mean what would they say before this is done?,,,"completed drilling on 3 and will start logging asap".

I believe #5 would be open to new negotiations with the partners. More so if it is on the land MEO bought and not leased land. 

Depending on how good the news is, ie how many barrels per day and gas they believe they have, the SP should rise like a rocket blasting to the moon!
