I feel your confusion,,,could be numerous things,,,# of share/warrants/options,,,company reputation from a few years ago (investors leery to jump in until all is proven), maybe we need a reverse-split?

I think that once good news comes regarding #'s 2&4 that investors will believe and the sp will rise,,,if it can give a similar ROI to your Falcon Oil I will be in heaven!
