Due to the continuing resistance of MEO management regarding my request for a brief (20 minute) field visit to Morgan County operations, I've decided to cancel that part of my trip and consequently I will not be reporting as advised earlier. I will respect their extreme sensitivity to confidentiality and insurance issues however, they will have to respect my discomfort with investing in a black box.
