from what I have read previous management created credibility issues for Montello and left a huge mess for current management,,,BC and team have managed to get a lot of it corrected and have taken MEO significantly forward in a relatively short period of time,,,however when news is not forthcoming, the old issues come out like the proverbial "ghosts from the past",,,it has been more than 4 months since #2 was completed and no news,,,more than a week since #4 and no news,,,people flash back and immediately think "same old MEO" and down goes the SP,,,investors seem to be taking a "wait and see" stance,,,waiting to see something concrete before believing and investing in MEO again,,,

that said, MEO has a lot of potential going forward,,,#3 @ 750+ per day plus gas, #5 in progress, #6 & #7 in planning stage, and yes still the possibility of good news from #2 & #4,,,all in all I think the future looks pretty bright,,,
