Most likely they are insiders selling to raise more funds for the company.

I'm sick of seeing insiders keeping the SP down so I sold most of my MEO and bought more Palladon (PLL) for the price that I sold MEO for. I only have 5000 share of MEO now. So I think its time that I took my self off of MEO HUB LEADERS List. Now if I can just figure out how to do this.
