First, we do not get further dilution of our shares. This is good news.

Also, the company wanted to buy the shallow oil and gas leases in Alberta in order to diversifiy risk and to add incremental production/cash flow.

The goal of any oil and gas company is to find resources and/or increase production and reserves. This is what drives up the share price.

 I find it very telling and encouraging that Management has decided, due to "encouraging results" in Tennessee, that the potential reserves and production in Alberta is no longer deemed to be worthwhile.

I hate waiting for results....(and yet I love to play the venture exchange...go figure!)....BUT, I feel more and more confident that this wait will be worth it. This NR is very positive in my opinion......But I still hate waiting! :)
