I don't know if the rules of the TSX-V are the same as the SEC but MEO has disclosed all material events. Often in excruciating detail. They just haven't shared any production numbers. When those numbers are shared the SP and the value of the surrounding land wil be higher. Maybe that's why they are being so circumspect.
I do see your point about insiders have "special knowledge" and profiing on it. Yet how could they have brought in a partner like Blackrock if they didn't give them a "taste" of the good things to come? It can be a fine line to walk.
I personnally don't care if "insiders" pick up more shares at .16 instead of .20. Those pennies won't mean much in the future. I wish I had more capital to invest at these prices.
