It's montello that's making this stock go up and down over the last 5 month's -- they are rasing money through insiders to cover their share of costs .

They dont what to dilute the stock anymore than they already have, but I do think they are on to something in tennessee and this is another great opportuity to buy.

I'm betting something good is coming in the next week our so. Happy--- #3 has got to be worth 13 cents a share-- LOL
