I definitely think good news will see the SP rise back to the .19-.21 range,,,it is getting beyond that price that I believe it will have a hard time doing,,,it couldn't get to the 52 week high with the news back in March,,, and it has fallen drastically even though we know there is oil on #1 & #3,,,so what will it take to get to, and surpass the 52 week high?
