The AGM was attended by about 20 people, including MEO insiders. Many pointed questions seeking specific answers. No presentation, and no data. Started at 10:30, and ended at 12:45 - 2 hours of Q&A.
Bill was told that nobody wants him to lift the corporate skirt - his metaphor - we just want to know test results, and plans for going forward.
Lots was said about how excited the technical people are regarding the Tennessee wells - implied big results are there, but analysis of testing must confirm blah blah blah.
Peter Brown, a newly elected MEO Board member and Geologist, said that this week and next, mgmt is meeting with suppliers to arrange for equipment and services for the completion program, which will be followed by 2 weeks of partner meetings. At the end of this approx 4 weeks, MEO will be ready to make a Material Announcement regarding the wells in Tennessee. (Peter confirmed that once Material Information is known, MEO has to issue a NR.) It will then take about 6 weeks, 9 days per well, for the completions to be done.
