ill try again...perhaps its an understanding between MEO/AUL and Wong...at Wong's request....silience until completion of engineering evualation is done on #1 and 2 and his 1st right decision is made.....at that point results can be disclosed...that way Wong controls the hype....which could prematurely drive the sp up....in Wong's view.....I may be way out on a limb...just trying to help understand?
