has anyone seen/read/know if MEO plans to get the wells that are currently drilled into production first, and then continue with the drilling program?

I am hoping they will put the current wells into production before continuing with the drill program which should raise the sp, and thereby enable MEO to offer less shares in order to raise new capital,,,which I believe they will need to do in order to drill another 20 or so wells,,,
