Panamax - considering all the secrecy, 7 months of BC knowing that JB#2 was a boomer - gas and oil, taking so many months to raise $3mil to drill the well, but yet finding $6mil more to complete it - in less than 2 weeks, finding the money to drill JB#3,4 &5, put plans in place to drill JB#6, buying land with both surface only and surface plus mineral rights, issuing stock and private placements after knowing what was down hole, giving away ownership of these properties for money that would not be needed if propper NR's were put out (MEO 55% to 35%), and on it goes..... As for a taste of the future - I already have a bad taste in my mouth.

BC better make sure that the NR's come with sufficient details that shareholders receive the fair value for their shares. That way, further dilution will not be required.
