At the AGM, they said that after two weeks with suppliers, and two weeks of partner discussions, they would be at the point where they had Material Information to release, and would have to release by TSX rules.

As I stated before, if they have test results, then they already have Material Information to release, and should do so NOW! What the partners will be agreeing to is a course of action - how much to spend doing what. Shareholders don't really care about the completion details, we want results, so there's no reason to wait any further.
