Old partnership:

MEO 55% (190mil shares), AUL 45% (140mil shares), Others 5%

New partnership:

MEO 35% (190mil shares), AUL 30% (140mil shares), BRPC 30% (135mil shares), Others 5%

Looks like MEO gave up the most (not including the 52 shallow wells they "gave" to AUL), and with having the most outstanding shares stands to gain the least,,,only good thing is that BRPC is already at $2,,,

Anyone know if MEO insiders got shares in AUL or BRPC as any part of the deals?
