we had 55% of #1 ,,,#2 which now has the big gas play,,which BC and MEO had to know about before bringing in Blackrock and giving away 20%,,,but they wanted to be big shots and find the elephant first,,,now all the partners have almost the same % of all wells, however MEO has the most outstanding shares of all partners and that equates to a probable lower sp than the partners,,,
