The Copper Ridge Formation is the one they are after - 4000'-5000', for the oil @ JB#1,2,3,4,5, and #6. Yes, there's also gas in JB#2 @ 8200'.

This means that they knew during JB#2 that they had oil, which was confirmed by only drilling down this deep in the next 3 wells, plus #6.

At what point did they know they'd hit an elephant? We don't know. Hmmm.

March 10-08 - Blackrock is now a partner and JB#4 spuds

March 18 - Underbalanced drilling equipment - Strata - is brought in to finish JB#4 and then finish JB#3

April 5-08 J- B#5 lease is under construction.

All so fast and so much money being spent, when they don't have a clue if the wells are of commercial value, and giving away 20% of MEO's ownership of the entire property !

I understand that there's some Peacemakers on the board, and I respect that. But, as shareholders, we have a right to know what's going on, and it's now 7 months since they finished JB#2 - which was drilled underbalanced, so the gas alone was at sufficient pressure to have come up in the mud returns - see the size of the flame in the photos?

I'm not interested in "Trusting" Bill and the boys into July, or August, or Christmas 2009. It's one delay game after another.

The end of week 4 that was stated in the AGM is right at the end of the Global Petroleum Show in Calgary. What a great time to have the companies and media from the oil and gas world in one place, for an announcement.
