It is my belief that the reason the SP is .10 is, because once again in my personal opinion, that news releases were purposely structured to sound as negative as possible yet not untrue. I believe this was done first at the behest of the experts/consultants working on the project to keep potential competitors in the dark and at "arms length", and from managements perspective to hold interest down making it possible to obtain as much surrounding land as possible. Eventually the true substance of the situation and what they have found will come to light via reporting requirements. At that point in time the SP should start to reflect it's true value.
