I was wondering the same thing. I t poses more questions than it answers.This bottoming out of the sp at .10 bothers me. So, being a pessimist where MEO is concerned, what I´m thinking is this:

1. They haven´t found the big one yet, and the new guys are there to try and help them find it.

2. They are going to raise a large amount of cash for further explorat ion/drilling by issuing a large number of shares.

There´s just something going on, which the powers that be know, holding down the sp. At least, in my paranoid opinion. Speculation should have driven up the sp.
