The only place I have seem mention of Rollback is on BB's,,,Blackrock "gave" back 90 million shares to encourage investors (sp was set at $2) and since then the sp is stagnant,,,I don't even think shares have been sold,,,

In my opinon a rollback at this time would be too dangerous,,,as you said MEO would have the potential to drop a long ways,,,especially if news takes a little while to come out,,,MEO's got 3 weeks to move before I move my "keister" for an extended vacation,,,lol
