has anyone actually been able to buy any shares under .10? I have been trying for 3 days at .095 and have got zip, zero, nada, 0...

TDAmeritrade has responded to my questions regarding why they cannot fill my order by saying basically that they buy from a middleman that buys from the TSX and if the middleman doesn't sell to them at .095 they cannot fill my order,,,,so I told TDAmeritrade that they are telling me I can never buy at the bottom and sell at the top,,,

sounds a little like scenarios from Bow's post I think,,,

So if anyone has actually been able to buy lately under .10 please let me know what broker you are using,,,
