Sunseeker -

I also deal with TD and have to buy MLORF (rather than MEO). The market maker for MLORF has been playing games with the price for the last 2 years (he/she fills what he/she wants).

You are correct, we will never be able to buy the bottom or sell the top (only for his/her buddies). Fortunately the top will be so high that a few pennies won't matter.
