Why all the secrecy regarding Morgan Highpoint. It's not like competitors don't have Scouts in the bushes watching every move MEO makes? Maybe MEO should hire some Scouts so Mgmt knows what's going on, with our competitors.
We had a post that, Atlas Energy has 4 successful horizontal wells, very near the 52 that were given (quit claimed) to Austin, that are capable of stabilized production of between 300 and 500 Mcf/d. 4 wells x 400 mcf x $13/mcf = $20,800/day, $7.6 million/yr.
We were also told that Atlas Energy "has 105,000 Net acres in play that it spent the last 18 months acquiring in eastern Tennessee", and they have a "quest to drill 150 wells by March 31, 2009."
Makes me wonder why MEO is being so secretive. It certainly looks like there's nothing left for MEO to keep from anyone, except the shareholders.
