Champagne, $260k in revenues for Park Place in May, at $140/bbls, that's 62 bbls per day (yes I know they had a differenet combination of production). If you're right, and it takes 6 times the volume to get the same 40% increase in the share price, then do we only need 372 bbls per day, or 124 bbls for each of 3 wells?
Since we've all been on an Elephant Hunt, and we've now got 22 more wells planned, at $30-40 million, I think it's all realistic.
Small cap, exploration companies are high risk, but yield huge results, so the risk is worth it for those choosing to invest. (widows and orphans need not apply)
How many of us really put our money into Montello, a company with a high risk strategy, to only make 40%? 400% is closer to the expectations of those weighting risk and rewards appropriately. By hitting a couple of Real Elephants we could be well beyond the 400% mark.
