After 2 weeks in Panama.. It's a lot like south Florida except the water is better, the cost of living is less, and the people are much nicer.
My lot in the mountains was everything I thought. I will end up there is less than 5 years and I'm counting on MEO to defray a lot of the cost.
I've been catching up on the last weeks' posts and I must say that some of you boys (and girls) have been very naughty. Obviously, you are all uptight concerning the TN project.
Here is what I think (from my detached perspective):
1) Nothing has changed in 2 weeks (not even the price);
2) 5 Wells are drilled and logged;
3) Equipment is being (has been?) brought in to increase the production (oil and gas) in the existing wells;
4) 1500 contiguous acres have been secured (often purchased);
5) More wells are planned: and
6) A "material" NR will come out when the "re-working" of the wells allows MEO to release viable production numbers (oil and gas).
To quote old Bill S., everything else is "just sound and fury."
I still believe that MEO has discovered a very profitable oil and gas field (with the emphasis on gas) and that the price will run to $2 when that NR comes out. Based on my personal speculation about the production (aided by the thoughts of the very capable members of this forum), the price will go to at least $4 when all the wells get going.
There is nothing like 2 weeks in paradise to give one a clear perspective. It's too bad that "the world" will come crashing back into my life and make me forget what is really important.
