I aways wondered if that was mind games. I've gone over and over the NR's during the drilling of JB#2, and can't find any comment about hole problems. I'd been looking for reasons why they would need to case the Copper Ridge formation prior to the open hole logs.

Once cased, MEO would have the only testing and evaluation data on the well, above the Rome formation.
