Just to put some facts,

Patrick Power has been CEO of MEO from 1993-2006 is now in the following Boards:

- ADD. V (2001-present)

- AGC.V (2004-present)

- WPX.V

- and was also involved in OTCPK:RIIC

So, why just put only the fact that ADD is performing poor?

Is there anyone involved from the current management/board in ADD? If I am not wrong I think it's not the case.
