Thank you sir, I have many years in oil exploration also and i thoroughly agree that companies with management of integrity acknowledge missed deadlines and do not ignore shareholders.

Project schedules do get delayed - that is sometimes unavoidable - but management with integrity acknowledges the delays and provides adjusted plans and schedules to shareholders who financially support them.
