Notes:

1. Petrojet can drill 24 laterals (4 laterals on 6 different levels) 50m in length for $150,000 versus the normal rate of $1,200,000.

2. Drilling 4 to 8 horizontal laterals will greatly increase oil flow.

3. Paraffin wax will plug up fissures in the formation so MEO may inject chemical continuously or periodically on one or more of the laterals to dissolve the wax.
