and it's is easy they start shorting/ or mention the stock is a dud or ask a fellow trader or two to take it on the chin now and I'll make it up to you on another stock later and boom "take that company suits" you stock is now worth a nickle!

thus you see 500 little shares being unloaded with a value of $25. Makes now sense right....well that does do one thing kills the SP.
