I have been unable to find a rule regarding time period for tight hole status in TN.

Nor have a found a regulation on timeline with the Alberta Securities commission. What I have noticed is other oil plays trading on the TSX-V have issued Tight hole status without timelines. They simply state "the company" has put the well on tight hole status until mineral leases have been secured.

This sounds familiar. I doubt we will see this "tight hole status" lifted by the end of the month

just my opinion until I see proof of time limitations.
