Like you, I have been trying to buy some MLORF but with little success. There is a real disconect between the listed price and the price the market maker will accept. There is also a sometimes huge variation between the price in C$ and in the price in $ (i.e. the price of $.0034 last week when the Venture price was C$.02).

The market maker for this stock had played games with the price for years. I wish that TDAmeritrade could access the MEO shares. Much better volume and a more stable bid/ask spread.

I did manage to get some $.025 shares and, in the long run, I continue to believe that a few pennies will not make the difference. The ultimate price should be measured in dollars not pennies.
