Slasher, You are absolutely right. When insiders buy their stock is a sign that the price is cheap and good things to come in the future (not always. But, I assume insiders have also restrictions in buying their stock, i.e. when they are aware of material information. So, my guess is, they know something good or bad and are not allowed to trade their stock. People selling at these low prices are either in need of money, tax selling before year 2009 or people buying at 0.02 and selling at the same price because they got bored... however, volume is insigificant and if we get material news 0.05-0.06 is easily achieveable and if we get a bit more audience than expected and volume is more than 5 million, we could see bigger price appreciation.
