But here is what i don't get it they shut in this well as a result of non commercial pay zone at 2,523 - 2,528ft. What were they doing there anyway.

the May 6 2008 NR clearly stated the report findings indicated a potential pay zone of 17ft @ 8,275 ft.

I don't get it.

unless I've been reading it wrong it's this kind of factual inconsistency that will sink a junior before it's even had a chance float.
