Incompetent MEO management failed to adequately inform US shareholders regarding time and place of last years AGM and I have little expectation of improvement this year since they continue to demonstrate zero regard for shareholder rights to disclosure that decent companies routinely provide.

Therefore if any reader of this hub has or receives information regarding such AGM I would appreciate your publishing here ASAP so that if other commitments allow it, I can attend and personally and publically communicate my conclusions to MEO management. I would like an opportunity to express my right to freedom of speech in this matter.
